2.TERMS OF PAYMENT :- Membership fees does not included machines sell charges, as per machine rate machine sell charges will be extra.
3.All information including text & pictures to be provided by the client who should also be the legal copyright owner of the same. machinebazzar.com shall not be liable for any claims/damages arising out of content posted on your catalog {pages}
4.Charges of Membership and services are subject to changes without any prior notice.
5.Work on services shall commence only after clearance of cheque/credit in our account.
6.Seller Terms :- Payment are non-refundable of membership fees. The Machine Seller shall pay extra charges as per the machine sale rate.
Buyer Terms :- Payment will be refundable only 80% of deposited amount if the seller machine may sold after your credit payment in our account, Payment will pay as your address by cheque only so requested to you give correct corresponding address.. Payment will be refundable only after confirmation with the Seller details of sold machine.

8. JP Industries {Hereafter reffered to as ''jpfastenersmachines.com''} excludes any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, performance, fitness, for a particular purpose of any of its contents, hosted on any of machinebazzar.com service, unless otherwise specified in writing.
